I think you are mistaken! It's very tricky, because the title in Portugal (pt-PT) is different from the title in Brazil (pt-BR)!

Here, take a look at the official trailer on the official Youtube account of "Universal Pictures Portugal":

The title is "Lady Bird"! You can follow this up on all the other official social media accounts: instagram, facebook and twitter -> it's always the short form "Lady Bird" in Portugal!

On the other hand, if you do the same research for Brazil, you find the trailer on the account of "Universal Pictures Brasil":

Here, the title is "Lady Bird - A Hora de Voar". It's the same on their facebook page and on twitter.

Because of all this, I locked the data fields for "pt-PT" and "pt-BR" in January. But I just saw that I made a mistake for "pt-BR" -> I thought "A Hora de Voar" is only the tag line, but it's apparently not. I just fixed it.

And, just for your information: When you look at the Portuguese poster here:

That's the poster for Brazil! At the moment, it's technically impossible to make a distinction between pt-PT and pt-BR for posters here on TMDb. Back in January, I didn't find a poster for Portugal -> but now I did:
