Near the end we see Mija standing infront of Okja's mouth for a while ans smiling. I'm guessing that Okja somehow communicated to her that she (Okja) was pregnant.
Anyone else noticed this?

Yeah, but what makes you think she was pregnant? Is that purely because earlier in the film they force her to mate? (EDITED because for some reason my initial language seemed really hostile!)

I thought that too, it seemed like a most obvious option to end this movie. And there is an adopted male piglet to widen the gene pool, so I guess she will have a baby girl.
