I liked it quite a bit. It was a good fade-out for Cary Grant's career, and not many actors - even good ones - can finish with a truly good film. But it wouldn't do for the great Cary Grant to end his career with a stinker of a movie. Plus, his role in the film was also poignant in the sense that he was finally giving up his leading man image, by playing matchmaker so that the right man can get the girl. But to my mind, he was (and still is, really) the ultimate leading man. Bravo, Mr. Grant!

It was an okay film. But I didn’t like it for one reason - Cary Grant is my idol, and he only plays a supporting role. Boo.
Now Father Goose, which was one of his prior recent films, is great stuff, one of my favorites!
