Nobody would have guessed they were any homosexuals in this movies. Even with that knowledge, It still just fells like two girls in a platonic relationship hanging out together. Didn't feel like there was that much affection between the two. It just didn't seem like it added much to the film.

It was pretty obvious from the first scene they were both in. You must not get out much.

Its SJW being forced down our throats in movies. It RUINED the Last Jedi, and it nearly ruined this movie.
You are right though, if the movie had not specifically mentioned they were a lesbian couple, you might not have known. They arent very affectionate, and it seems almost like a platonic relationship. Then add in DeadPool more or less "flirts" with Yuki-oh the whole movie, and yeah, if they hadnt came out and said it, most people wouldnt have put two and two together. It doesnt help both characters had very few lines, so their characters were thin.

Im all against the SJW shit thats fucking with our films right now. But DP2 didnt seem like it had much of that to me. Last Jedi was shit, Solo was shit, Oceans 8 was shit. DP2 wasnt, well for me anyways it wasnt. The 'lesbian' relationship seemed like it was just placed there to try to add depth to characters that didnt do much. And it also might have pleased some LGBTQ people. So it was a win win for the production. The worst SJW shit this film did was kill a poor stunt woman. All for trying to be inclusive and progressive. Sad.

It didn't bother me, but I am tired of movies trying to shove all this political correctness down our throats. It doesn't do anything for the movie and in fact it slows it down. In Deadpool 2, I saw that as a running joke more than anything else because Wade Wilson kept having a sense of humor (in the things he said) during the scenes with the two girls. He kept looking at them in the way he kept asking himself (Why are they here?)

Anything I don't agree with = SJW. Step away from the ring wing propaganda and take a deep breath.

Sooooo when a film adds LGBTQ characters for no reason what so ever that has zero impact on the film. Or those characters arent even explored in any shape or form. And they are basically there to check a box...you see nothing wrong with that? Riiiight.

Is it just me? I'm under the impression the two girls kept popping up out of nowhere because they didn't have anything to do with the movie, and in fact comments were made about them in a way that was funny...as a running joke.
If I'm wrong, I fail to understand what more they had to do with the movie...except to introduce characters like that which is what I've seen in other movies for seemingly no reason except to point out there are characters like that...Which I think is what Deadpool 2 is making fun of.

Yeah, I agree with you there. I think the way the girl just comes on and off the screen and doesn't really serve any purpose (even the way they are filmed seems like they've been edited it from a different movie), was a jab at hollywood shoehorning in progressive stuff for the sake of it. This coupled with Wade portraying himself as a progressive throughout the movie and really just being a dick to everyone (constantly calling Cable a racist) was a jab at the entire social justice culture. But I could be dead wrong. Regardless, still loved the film

You might be right about that. Actually; I think it's funny to hear him say he's a racist. And by the way guys, thanks for confirming what I had thought about those scenes with the girls...I didn't think I was that dense!
