It seems to me that the ones who get the TV shows aren't "large scale" enough for the movies. Deadpool is very "adult." But he's not a very powerful superhero, so you may be right.
They won't touch anything. Disney's typical approach is to use callbacks and tried and true formulas. Deadpool is working right now, so my guess is that they won't touch it until it shows signs of decline.
I hope Disney leaves Deadpool and the whole X-Men franchise alone. They are doing just fine without them. They don't need their interference.
The only title I would maybe be interested in Disney touching right now would be Fantastic Four. I think there is potential there and maybe they can do something with it.

I kinda feel you there, as the spin-offs Fox is planning sound promising... however, I would like to see some sort of an X-Men team-up with some of the other Marvel characters, as well as the whole shared universe including them. It's unfortunate that Hugh Jackman has hung up his Wolverine claws, as he stated that he wanted to do a movie playing the character alongside the Avengers. But I guess his time had come.

With Disney now having access to the X-Men characters it's likely they'll use them in some way. I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to create a new Avengers team with Spider-Man and Wolverine. Even if they have to recast Wolverine. Especially with the supposedly Avengers finale in 2019.
Deadpool will be in the X-Force movie and have an animated show on FXX. So you've got three movies and an animated show with him. That's plenty Deadpool for me.
I don't think the Fox version of the character will transfer to the MCU. If Disney uses him, it will be a completely different version played by a new actor.
I would like a "Spidey Pool" team up in the MCU. They paired up in the comics.
