Discuss To Catch a Thief

Just watched this again on Showtime in HD. Enjoyed it very much. What's not to like? Cary Grant, Grace Kelly, Hitch, The Riviera, the double-ententes, etc., make this movie thoroughly enjoyable. What a shame that we do not have what probably were dozens if not hundreds of comments on this movie from the old IMDB site.

Yes, it's a very enjoyable Hitchcock efforts. Did he ever do a bad film? I saw it on Blu-ray, beautifully restored.

You can still read them here:- https://moviechat.org/tt0048728/To-Catch-a-Thief

The site's pretty dead as far as new posts go but it is useful to see others' thoughts on older films you've just watched when there's not many threads on here...

I actually caught my post on IMDB.

I think this was an average film by Hitchcock's standards.

i enjoyed it... a fun light movie...

It's good

I liked the double entendres... The dialogue is ver good in this... I wished the newer Bond movies took some inspiration from it...

Fun movie, also saw it in HD and it was awesome, definitely worth watching.
