it's not episode 4 of season 3 it's a special between season 3 and 4

Is it possible to change the category to series and put this as special like it is in "the game of thrones". So the media centers that scrape movies with tmdbs will get the correct order to sort.

TV-specials are essentially TV-movies and those are allowed both in the movie section and as season 0 listings in the TV-section: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/19885-sherlock/season/0
I'm not sure why you mention Game of Thrones though...
