Not scary enough... Kids zombie movie being treated like it's citizen kane

The GirlwithGift movie is overrated... No where near the kenetic energy, dread and hoplessness of 28 Days Later... also, the former looks likes TV, whereas 28 Days Later looks cool

they really should have made the kids scarrier, both in looks (e.g. blood stained faces or whatever) as well as the way it was shot... the kids in Eden Lake were a lot scarrier and they weren't even zombies!

i blame the very poor and generic directing... Gremlins were shot in a more menecing way...

It has a novel sliver of an idea, but it gets the basics of a horror movie so wrong... wasted opportunity as it could have been as great as critics say it is...
