Well, from early on you can see the killer kill his victims with a surgical instrument with surgical precision all around the country. Before the movie get's even to the halfway point a rather central character introduces himself as a surgeon and says that because of his job he has to travel around the country a lot. There you are sitting in the theater thinking....so....this guy is obviously the killer....now what's the point? The only thing missing from that scene was a flashing light above his head that read "KILLER" in bold letters.
I'd little trouble guessing the killer (it did take stamina to force myself past the cringe-worthy awkward parts.)
I'm not someone who tries to do that when watching a film; if I can figure things out correctly w/o really trying, the film has failed as a mystery. This one's very, very short on suspense. Cliche'd and inert and horribly, horribly edited.
Sloppy voice-overs, wasted cast members, pointless violence, perfunctory reasons behind all the killings. Of course no explanation why the killer chooses to build those ding-bat snowmen (or outlines of) often right out in public where no one ever see him, apparently.

Lol well I had my bets on him from the previews because the voice over of the killer had the same accent as the main character... Thank you!
