How can someone who displayed so much filmmaking flair in his debut come up with such a lacklustre sophomore effort? That's the question that crops up after watching Jackson Durai, which is directed by Dharanidharan, who gave us the stylish crime thriller Burma. The film is a horror comedy, a genre that is very much the trend today, and going by the director's previous film, you expect at least a competently made film that keeps us entertained. But the only thing that we have in store is disappointment.
