No Time To Die looks like it's sticking with a November worldwide release date. Theaters in California and New York are closed, Europe and other places around the world are experiencing increased coronavirus cases. Tenet has not broken even and done very poorly in the US. It's made a paltry 36 million dollars domestically.
It's not looking good for NTTD. Maybe MGM/Universal and EON should delay until 2021 or go premium video on demand. I can't see a full theatrical release making close to 700 million dollars or even 500 million dollars.
Also, given this is Craig's final Bond film you'd think the producers might want to wait and hope coronavirus cases drop in 2021 - a vaccine might be available - and if that happens then people will return to the theaters. That way Craig's final film has a chance to do big box office. But in November? Seems extremely unlikely. It's likely to be a catastrophic mistake. The Bond producers need to reconsider.

It won't be released this year.
