Extra Details: I am not able to change the language of the posters in the English section. They have to be changed to Hindi.

Was this discussed in another topic? I think I remember that, but not what the outcome was. The poster languages look to be English, but the title is in Hindi, right? So that is a dilemma. I think they should be moved, but I'll wait for another moderator to confirm.

You're right. This has been discussed before and the outcome was that the posters that used English characters but were actually Hindi should be put in the Hindi section. But the Problem here is that the drop down menu for choosing the poster language is disabled/locked.

That's because another moderator has confirmed the posters as English, which is why I want a second opinion before I change them!
A locked poster means it has been confirmed.

Yes, correct. Even though the title is in roman alphabets but it's pronounces in Hindi hence, the language should be changed as Hindi. I will fix this once I'm home.
