Question about the doctor (mild spoilers)

In most of the murders committed in this film , the victim was someone close to the perpetrator. It's very possible I missed something but can anyone tell me who the victim of the female doctor was? It's possible that it was just a random unlucky victim. All I recall is a brief scene of her crouched over a male body in what appeared to be a public bathroom or something similar.

I wasn’t sure either, but I heard someone say it was the guy that she examined and made the remark about her being ‘friendly’ when palpating his lymph nodes. That remark would’ve been the trigger, just as in the final scene the remark that the waitress got from her boss would’ve been her trigger.
