According to our rules in the Contribution Bible, this pilot belongs into the tv section:

"Pilots that were never picked up to series and were subsequently released to the general public should be added to the TV section with the TV Show Status set to "Pilot"."

The entry in the tv section was created recently by my co-moderator Elizabeth Jennings. I assume we wait for the deletion of the movie entry because some data (user ratings) has to be moved by Travis before the deletion. I'll keep this report open as a reminder.
