It had a decent creep factor but the super low budget kind of hurt it. The whole hotel looked like it was 2000 sq. ft. and I kept wondering how they could possibly be getting lost in that? Acting was uneven. The clown was the best part. I guess there's also different edits out there. I saw a clip online that show a slightly different ending with the basement floor exploding up with lava and hellfire. That didn't happen in the version I watched. The twist ending was a little obvious, to me, at around the half way mark. It's an ancient trope.
It is far and away the best of the three movies. Once they went into explaining Tully it kind of got silly.
I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Caught it on Shudder, and expected a terrible movie to fall asleep to. Ended up really enjoying it, with the exception of the sort of drab ending. I've heard that there's a sequel out, though I haven't seen it.

Definitely one of the better found footage horror flicks. There's a few good creepy scenes.

I guess it's true, people are gradually finding their way over here. This is one of my new favorite found footage movies. I love it!

I loved this movie. It was definitely one of the more underrated horror movies that I've seen recently.
The scenes with the clown moving around on its own freaked me out the most.

Much better than a lot of these types of movies out there. Really creepy!

Two sequels.
