Discuss Cry of the Werewolf

I have never seen this film. I am looking forward to watching it next weekend. I don't think I will be disappointed!

It's ok, at just over an hour it does what it needs to, but falls very short of the Universal Wolfman films and lacks the atmosphere of them... the transformation scenes aren't very good, they just cut from human to wolf either with a shadow or close up of an arm. Still, worth a watch at such a short running time.

Good to know. Thanks. 100

I REALLY wanted to like this film, but I must have been bored. I fell alseep twice while watching. The dialog left a lot to be desired and actor Stephen Crane (Bob) delivered his lines like he was reading cue cards. Would I watch it again? Certainly! Seeing a 21 year old Nina Foch was worth her every scene. blush

Glad you got something from it you liked!!

Looks like Sven will be showing this again next week, March 7, 2020.
