What was up with the ending? (spoilers)

He looked like he was turning into a dog or something, which I'm assuming was symbolic of him now being her "pet." But yeah, that was the weirdest thing I'd seen in a while.

He saved her by becoming her pet. That's why she stopped killing.

I agree with aimac. She cut off a few more fingers, and from the look of it, burned him with acid (or maybe fire).

Ahhh..thank you guys, that never dawned on me that she was taking out her frustrations on HIM vs killing. She should've killed that A-hole Eric though. Cheating on a super hot hottie like her! lol
