Which one of them was Lark (spoilers)

There were so many betrayals and accusations of various people being Lark that I got confused and at this point I'm not entirely sure If I'm Lark and behind all of this myself.
If I had to make a bet I would guess it was Cavill's character, but he seemed to work for that other geezer (Lane?), and I thought Lark was the mastermind and not a lackey.

Yes, Henry Cavill was John Lark, the main villian. Sean Harris's Solomon Lane was supposedly in cahoots with Lark, but Lark treated Lane like a henchman, not a partner in crime.

Lark didn't treat Lame like a henchman at all.
In fact, in the movie Lark was way closer to be some kind of Lane's hecnhman than the contrary.
