WTF did I just watch?!

Man, this was so terrible but in that almost amusing train wreck way where you still watch. Was it a comedy, a horror movie, a YA coming of age for our plucky “special” kid, violent serious drama, straight good time action movie..etc etc. I haven’t seen a movie this all over the place in a long time. The overuse of the original score was poorly done as it evokes a very serious, masculine and almost somber tone which this movie had none of. Popped it in with no expectations and it still achieved disappointing with a touch of “Huh?” Lol

I LIKED IT.ITS LIKE AN 80S THROWBACK.THE GENRE BLENDING I ENJOY QUITE A LOT.IT HAS ITS PURE DUMBASS MOMENTS(LIKE THE PREDATOR KILLER)BUT OVERALL IT WAS A FUN COMEDIC SCI FI ACTION SPRINT.

I would expect 80’s from Shane Black but it was just a mess. I think it would have worked better with a more charismatic cast. Fun characters can carry a lot of water in an average movie

THATS THE DIFFERENCE IN VIEWPOINTS BETWEEN US.I LIKED THE LOONIES A LOT.I THOUGHT THEY AND MUNN WERE THE BEST THING ABOUT THE FLICK.AT LEAST THATS WHAT I WAS THINKING AS I FLIPPED A DOUBLE BIRD LAUGHED LIKE A MANIAC AND JUMPED INTO A SPACESHIPS ENGINE.
