Yikes. I don't recognise anyone but Munn and Key and none of them would compel me to pay $15 to see them. Love the original film, but it almost demands an OTT cast like the original. Shane Black is a terrific action writer, and he did good things in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang _ and _The Good Guys as a director but this casting, especially with a child actor (!!!) is worrisome.

Ugh, this kinda movie needs OTT casting not annoying kids, Dwayne Johnson, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista etc

I said the exact same thing when I saw the photo. I am looking forward to this movie but I really hope that kid doesn't get in the way of my enjoyment. I am a huge fan of the original plus I also like Predator 2 and Predators. I even sort of like AVP: Alien vs Predator (2004) so this movie would have to really screw things up to make me dislike it.

Sadly, I too am fearing for the kid in the movie. That said, it wouldn't surprise me if he ended up biting it. I'm going to try to give the benefit of the doubt

Remember when they introduced a kid in Aliens vs Predator: Requiem, then dealt with it right away?

That's the kid from "Room" and he was terrific in that movie!

A Predator remake? Who's asking for this stuff? Why not just remake Gone w/ the Wind or Casablanca? These studios need to focus on new IP. It's hard to believe the best ideas are 30 years old.

I don't think this is a remake. I believe it is another sequel.

And it's a reboot, not a remake or a continuation. I will assume the movie is a new scenario that largely ignores the events of the other movies in an attempt to reinvigorate the franchise.

If you don't mind spoilers avpgalaxy have a possible storyline and it looks like from this new photo at the bus it maybe true. http://www.avpgalaxy.net/forum/index.php?topic=56406.0 If it's true i really hate this "new predator" and some of the cliche ideas but at least the story isn't a rehash from the original predator.

What´s gonna happen to the kid.. Is the Predator gonna splatter his brain out over a tree-trunk?.. Yikes..
