The tribal man, his daughter, were they hallucinations? I think so because I don't see any reason why he would wander in the middle of the desert for no reason. I also think that the wolves were hallucination too cuz I never knew wolves live in the desert. WTF

SPOILERS:
I believe the wolves are REAL because when he finally gets rescued, his buddy's body is gone. I actually rewound and watched the ending to again to see if I could see if his body was still there but I never saw it. :)

I assumed the tribal man was real because we see some evidence of his visits (like the blue bottle). I agree with @NoahsArk22 that wolves dragged off his buddy, but the other wolves I'm not so sure about. In the end it looked like he was alone in the desert surrounded by gear (no corpes animal or otherwise) but they never really gave a super wide shot to clarify, perhaps they didn't want to.

Pretty sure he was real. I had my doubts when he first showed up but then he started to actually interact with Mike which tells us he's real. As for the wolves, the corpses that surround him looked digital so it's possible that they just forgot to but them in subsequent scenes. But at the same time, he ran out of ammo for his pistol during the 2nd wolf encounter but had ammo at the finale.
