Was Cara Delevigne's voice dubbed?

It was painfully obvious to me that in Valerian she had her voice was dubbed with an American accent (she is British). It's a really bad dub because whatever stereo technique was used, it was slightly off because it sounded like it was coming from just outside the camera. Kinda like a voice over. That, and her "acting" completely ruined the film for me. I have asked this question over at moviechat and there are no other post mentioning this. Has anyone else noticed this?, or did she nail an American accent (TBH I have never heard her speak so I have no idea what she sounds like)

You've never heard her speak before and you are claiming that her voice was dubbed? I don't believe it was... her voice sounds like it does in all of her other work. And there was none of that beside-the-camera, voice over effect that you speak of.
The horrible story was most of the reason for the very bad movie.
