with each movie adding another star to the cast.
Fun to watch buddy-movies. And every star gets just enough screen time.
Stallone could copy more of this formula.
IMO.

On a slightly different note I heard that Stallone may not be returning for the next Expendables film. If so, I think they should get Vin Diesel to take over the franchise. He could use another franchise to lead, and I think he could do a good job with the Expendables.

I agree. Not too many franchises that rely on tough guy action stars anymore.
I'm trying to go for an engaging, funny youtube channel so, if you have the time, take a look. Hope you enjoy what you see. Thanks in advance. A review of the movie- https://youtu.be/4xfnsgokSQk

Jason Statham was already his no #2 in those movies. Just go with him. As for the movies having too many old geezers. That was kind of the point to the whole damn movie. The movie was more of excuse for Stallone to hang out with his 80's action star buddies. And i think that why people wanted to see it. Besides Vin Diesel is going to have plenty of work voicing a Tree. Ifs funny other than the Riddick Series. I think his best roles he has done was voicing a Giant Robot and a Tree.
