Discuss The Fate of the Furious

I feel like a world wide billion dollar gross is almost guaranteed for this film. The real question is how close will it get to Furious 7's box office gross?

I have a feeling that Paul Walker's absent will kill a lot of the fanfare. I'm saying around 300 million world-wide.

No offense Rumpelstiltskin...but they replaced Paul Walker with Jason Statham, Scott Eastwood, Charlize Theron, Helen Mirren, Luke Evans and Kurt Russell. May Paul Walker rest in peace...but he couldnt hold the jock strap to any of those actors (expect for Scott Eastwood I just included him because he's Clints boy).

Honestly, I think It's probably going to make more than 300 million in the US alone.

We aren't talking about acting ability, Paul Walker along with Vin Diesel made the franchise, wouldn't matter if they replaced him with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro, it just isn't the same no matter who they try and replace him with. The originals are what made it special.

Well it's already made 532 million in just its opening weekend; setting a new record for biggest all time opening. So needless to say it's off to a good start.

Many are estimating now that it will finish around 1.3 billion, so not as high as Furious 7 with 1.5 billion. But overall still a very good gross.

Considering the movie's production budget is a reported $250 million, yeah I'd say that's pretty good.

I don't think it will flop.

I'm trying to go for an engaging, funny youtube channel so, if you have the time, take a look. Hope you enjoy what you see. Thanks in advance. A review of the movie here-https://youtu.be/4xfnsgokSQk
