I'm not familiar with Indian content, but if you are confident that these two movie meet our requirements for being in one collection, you are free to make it by yourself Just create a brand new movie entry named as the collection (e.g. "Ishqiya Collection" - but you can change it later) and then go to this new movie's edit page and change "Convert to Collection?" field to "Yes". Then you can add both movies into it.
