Now this is incredibly hypothetical because there was a bit of artistic licence to suggest a bomb from such an altitude could be so accurate (history, including recent history, shows that this is not always the case). There was also artistic licence in suggesting armed forces could ever gain filmed confirmation of suicide vests being readied for use. However, with all that said, what would you do in the fictional circumstances presented?

For me the thing they failed to cover was that the targets not only had two imminent attacks planned, but would also potentially carry out similar attacks for years to come if left to escape.

As such, I think the only option would be to proceed with the bombing.
