The plot chronicles the exploits of Michael, a teenager who is using marijuana and stealing his father's beer. His younger sister, Corey, is worried about him because he started acting differently. When her piggy bank goes missing, her cartoon tie-in toys come to life to help her find it. After discovering it in Michael's room along with his stash of drugs, the various cartoon characters proceed to work together and take him on a fantasy journey to teach him the risks and consequences a life of drug-use can bring and save the world. Financed by Ronald McDonald House Charities, it features an introduction by President George H.W. Bush and Barbara Bush.

Corey ha 9 anni ed è molto preoccupata per Michel, suo fratello maggiore. Ha scoperto che fa uso di droga e che, per procurarsela, è giunto a rubarle il salvadanaio. Fortunatamente Corey non è sola: i cartoni animati più popolari della TV, compresi Qui, Quo, Qua, le tartarughe Ninja e molte altre stars la aiutano a sottrarre Michael dalla perversa influenza di "Smoke", un tipaccio che lo sta trascinando verso la tossicodipendenza.

Bohater filmu to nastoletni Michael, który za radą swoich "przyjaciół" zaczyna palić marihuanę. Kiedy zabrakło mu pieniędzy na kupienie narkotyku, ukradł swojej młodszej siostrze Corey skarbonkę i zabrał z niej pieniądze. Dziewczynkę zaczyna niepokoić dziwne zachowanie brata, do czasu gdy odkrywa jego nałóg. Corey razem z bohaterami kreskówek, min. Garfieldem, kosmitą Alfem, Alvinem i wiewiórkami, Smerfami, Muppetami i królikiem Bugsem, starają się pomóc Michaelowi.

Especial para televisión protagonizado por algunas de las "estrellas" de los dibujos animados de la época y que tenía un objetivo moralizador: evitar el uso de las drogas entre la juventud. Winnie the Pooh, Bugs Bunny, las Tortugas Ninja, Alf, Garfield o Los Pitufos, entre otros, unían sus fuerzas cuando un joven normal y corriente se volvía arisco y comenzaba a realizar actividades delictivas tras ser incitado a tomar drogas por una pandilla de chicos malos. Tuvo un gran éxito y fue emitido en numerosos países, siendo en EEUU precedido por un mensaje del presidente de los Estados Unidos por aquel entonces, Bush, y en España por la Reina Sofía.
