Hi, I just re-checked (it's available on tube sites) and in 10 seconds I found three hardcore scenes. Our rules state that movies with at least 2 such scenes should be set to adult:true. This means the setting is correct.
As for your link, yes some people consider hardcore scenes in a sensual context (rather than the standard porn environment) to suddenly no longer be hardcore. Unfortunately, that's not how it works. Hardcore scenes are hardcore no matter the setting. Closing topic.
The Contribution Bible states "Notable exceptions: movies originally released as regular movies and reviewed as movies by critics: 9 Songs, Love, Q aka Desire and Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn." Being that this film is similar in art style to 9 Song and Love, would this be considered a "notable exception".
The notable exceptions are more connected to those movies being properly released in theaters (and on digital / DVD / TV) in multiple countries across the world. I don't see the same when searching for Diet of Sex.
