Overview

　　吉姆（加里·格兰特 Cary Grant 饰）是一名广告代理商，和妻子穆瑞尔（玛娜·洛伊 Myrna Loy 饰）结婚多年，共同抚养着两个可爱的女儿乔安（莎伦·莫菲特 Sharyn Moffett 饰）和百思迪（康妮·马歇尔 Connie Marshall 饰）。在外人眼中，吉姆婚姻美满，工作稳定，收入颇丰，但吉姆家的房子是租的，这成为了全家人的一块心病。
