The first, and I think the only, time I saw this short short was as a companion to the spoof, Hardware Wars. I remember renting it on VHS from a little hole in the wall video store slash electronics retailer in the mid eighties. This was long before Blockbuster, when you typically rented movies from the same place you'd buy your VCR or TV. Good memories.
As for the film, it's a cute but brief little B&W gag but worth a chuckle the first time you see it, much like Hardware Wars or Porklips Now, one of the OTHER shorts on that videocassette.

LOL, I've only heard about this one, but in my mind, I've got this really lucid vision of how it goes. Absolutely hilarious idea.
