I thought it was refreshing that the audience were assumed to know the origin story rather than have to sit through it again. As for Stark, most of the audience knew what was going on there too.
Personally, they already did it TWICE...sitting through it a 2nd time (Amazing Spider-Man) was downright BORING to me! I usually don't defend the MCU much, but will in this case...I'm glad they skipped the whole origin AGAIN.
Kevin Feige has such a hard-0n for Iron Man/RDJ they might link the radioactive spider to Stark Industries somehow...thanks but no thanks!
If they were to do Spider-Man's origin story again, then they have to do it right. They screwed it up in Amazing Spider-Man. It was downright ludicrous with the grocery store robber. Raimi's version was close, but they changed a few things around so there was the emotional angst of having Uncle Ben die in Peter's arms. So, I'd rather they skip the origin than risk another failed attempt at it.

So you think they should have made the 3rd Spider-Man origin film in 15 years really? So, every 5 years, retell Spider-Man's origin?
