Back on -that other website- there was a good message chain about how that footage of an exploding building with Hitler pictures all over it wound up in this movie. Some theorized that it was stock footage from World War II but I highly doubt the Japanese would have any footage that clear of any of their own buildings exploding during any American bombing raids.

Plus it looked like miniatures to me.

So why would they depict a miniature theater in an early 1960's Japanese scifi as playing movies about Hitler? Was there some documentary that was sweeping the nation at the time?
