It's 220 minutes so not quite that long. And it does go by pretty quickly. I find Sergio Leone's style seems to have that effect. I personally think it's a masterpiece, but even if it turns out you don't like it it's still worth watching because it's a seminal part of cinema.
I had always put off watching it because I thought it would be hard going but it's made in a very epic, sweeping way that absorbs you with it's emotion and the music is incredible. It's all about memories and regret and it's use of The Beatles 'Yesterday' in score form fits it perfectly.
And if your really not enjoying it then just turn it off. Easy.
I don't know if you have watched this yet @Vaughn Negut but I echo everything @JustinJackFlash says above. I have just watched the four-hour cut of this film for the first time and was entranced throughout. The lengthy running time whizzes by - it's one of a handful of four hour plus movies (Fanny & Alexander and A Brighter Summer Day are others) in which not a moment feels excess to requirements. While the mood of this movie is often sombre - it is a film about regret, after all - one is carried along by the sheer beauty of the storytelling, the superb performances, the dazzling costumes and art direction and the exquisite score. It's a beautiful experience.

It's worth watching if for nothing else other than so you can ponder as to whether it was worth watching 🤔
Make sure you watch the longest version available as well...

I remember I liked the part with the cream puff and the part where the chick was supposed to "identify" the dude who assaulted her.

I find it overrated, with its scene of rape and hokey ending.
