Watching this on TubiTV...when I look on that other movie site, I see ONLY posters for 'La Casa 3' (The House 3 translated from Spanish)...wondering WHAT Casa 1 & 2 were (thinking maybe it was House 1 & 2..the first one starring William Katt of Greatest American Hero fame)...only to see this piece of Trivia

According to producer Joe d'Amato, the film was a commercial success mainly because of Achille Manzotti's idea to change the title from "Ghosthouse" to "La Casa 3". "La Casa 1" and "La Casa 2" being the Italian titles for Sam Raimi's The Evil Dead (1981) and Evil Dead II (1987).

Riding the coattails of Evil Dead...these damn Italians!
