At YouTube there is "Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein Bloopers" a video put on by a poster called The Great Apocryphator. There are 12 minutes about of outtakes of this movie. These bloopers offer, I think, the only outtakes of Bela Lugosi and Lon Chaney Jr. If you are an Andy Griffith Show fan you may want to catch Frank Ferguson ( Mr. Foley) in two of these outtakes as well.

PS This movie must be used to prove that Frankenstein is indeed actually the name of the monster. There is no Dr. Frankenstein anywhere in the film. Did they give Ferguson the role just because....?
