To the best of my knowledge this has only ever aired on Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) television stations, never in any theatrical release.

I think they are two individual Christmas specials. It's confusing because both European Christmas Markets (2010) and Christmas on the Danube (2013) are sometimes referred to as "shows". But according to the About Us section of the official website, "European Christmas Markets is the first in a trilogy of Christmas specials." And there is no mention of episodes anywhere, including Barbara Cray Enternainment's website : http://www.barbaracrayentertainment.com/television
TL;DR: I think it can stay in the movie section.
