Anyone else get the models mixed up?

I seriously couldn't tell the difference between the two blonde models! Which one spat up the eyeball? Which one had had plastic surgery? Which one tried to drink Jesse's blood in the bathroom?
One of my biggest movie pet peeves is not being able to tell characters apart.
Though I guess in this film, the similar casting was probably intentional.

All the scenes you mentioned were the same model, the other one (not Fanning) had long hair... But yes, I expect they cast similar looking actresses for that reason and in particular a scene where the difference of artificial beauty versus real beauty is actually a moot point. At least I took it to be so...
