Without giving anything away? Where is this movie going? What is the turning point? There/s gotta be more than just Damon and family 'getting small'. I'm guessing there are personal or ethical ramifications?

Yes... There are ramIfications... existential, familial and social...

Unfortunately, when the movie did ‘expand’, I thought it lost its way a little. I’d have preferred to see more of Damon’s adjusting to his new life. Still worth a look, but other than Hong Chau’s engaging performance, the best stuff is mostly In the first hour.

I fully agree to your opinion.

I really enjoyed this one, warts and all. Not as formulaic as Disney/Marvel fare and such. I was constantly surprised where this was going, as if it never fully leaves Act 1 and 2. It felt more like a worldbuilding ecercise and character arc for sequels or a show. The Asian love interest was the absolute highlight amongst the weirdness.

Where's the correlation between downsizing and Marvel? Two completely different genres, idiot.

If you could have downsized the butthurt fanboy act and instead engaged in reading comprehension skills of an 8 year old you would have spared yourself and me that silly post. Tip: It's all there. No Dance Off needed.

But still no need for you to sign off with idiot, btw.

Grow up, mate. There's no need to call names and get personal. Disagreeing with an opinion is fine, just leave it at that, without the name-calling.

When a moron has his genres confused then I will call them what I want. Also, who died and made you the boss of me??

Oh, FFS, welcome to my blocked list.

Interestingly, 2/3rds of the profiles I've blocked have since been either suspended or deleted altogether. I didn't delete them, but the behaviour that I decided I'd no longer put up with continued to the point that they were turfed; seems I'm a fairly good judge of the idiots who really do not belong here.

So, be advised - those of you who run afoul of me have a 67% chance of being kicked out of TMDb altogether. Hey, do you, but don't be surprised if it gets you banned.

"A word to the wise is sufficient. "

PS - I'm betting I've got to add this, given what we know of some people in here: when you are ignored, it means I can't see your comments. So, don't waste your time replying to or addressing me. Duh.

You've had ample opportunity to show who you are, and all you've done is proven your comments unworthy of attention. That's on you, man up (I know, as if, right? Thing is, I've actually unblocked a profile who did demonstrate effort to keep things civil, and I acknowledged that effort, we've been communicating ever since. It's takes something to get blocked by me).

At any rate, if you really don't care what I think, then you've no need to reply or keep spewing your vitriol. You are dismissed - just move on.

PPS - because reading comprehension is apparently a challenge for some, I'll just quickly point out that writing "I'm betting" right at the outset, where it can't be missed by those paying attention, is saying I don't "know" that the person I've recently blocked is still replying. That's what a bet is - if I bet on what I knew, I'd be cheating. So, to recap, I don't know, I'm betting he is, and that what comes of it is highly likely to be the same kind of crap that got him blocked in the first place.

Am I right?

Okie dokey, I'm done here.
