Can someone explain this to me please? In Infinity War, a bunch of people had to gain up to get the glove off of Thanos. Then in Endgame, Iron Man switches it so effortlessly, Thanos doesn't even realize it.

I really liked the movie overall, and I can appreciate the time travel arc and Captain America finally getting his happy ending with Peggy. But that switch seemed too easy. Where was the second look-alike glove hiding throughout the fight too that Iron Man switched it with?
