Nah you can't just replace an actor who has been here for 10 years especially if it's rdj

There have been 6 different James Bonds, so they could replace one actor. but probably not half a dozen at once.

but nobody cares about rdj. they want to see the special fx. the storyline. like the banner actor changed, no one cares. war machine, rhodey changed, peter parker actor changed, who cares?

Well they kind of have. Don Cheadle will be the next Iron Man and Anthony Mackie is the new Captain America.

What the fuck are you talking about? Is English your first language?

A ridiculous assertion given that many people went to see Spider-Man Homecoming more to see Tony Stark than to see Spider-Man. When you consider some of the other actors who were considered for the role, including Tom Cruise and Leonardo DiCaprio and it becomes clear that Robert Downey Jr is the only actor who could have turned Iron Man (a character who before 2008 was never really all that popular) into a pop culture icon. A large portion of Tony Stark's dialogue has always been improvised so Stark's personality, an odd combination of arrogance and vulnerability, and his well known sarcastic wit, was 100% RDJ's interpretation, injecting his own real personality into the character. Most of Tony Stark's line that we all love and quote, "I am Iron Man", calling Thor 'pointbreak', mocking Loki's 'blue stick of destiny', inviting his fellow Avengers to a shwarma restaurant, telling Peter Parker 'shut up the adults are talking', all of these lines were improvised.

I hope they don't recast, this is not Bond, and it's not the X-men where Fox just want to keep using the same 10 characters in every film. Introduce new characters, tell new stories, there are so many to choose from.

War machine actor changed after barely one movie, peter parker actor needed to be replaced to not being confusing with the other spider movies, also as one said having rdj in homecoming brought a lot of people. Imagine changing the actor of harry potter before the last movie that wouldn t work, and for those talking about james bond it has been explained that this is a nickname used by several people through time.

Did you just call James Bond a "nickname" used by various people through time? Because I can assure you you have no idea what you're talking about.

No it's the 007 codename not the name James Bond who has a father called Andrew Bond who died in a mountain accident with his mother. Read the books.

Not only has the fan theory that 'James Bond' is just a code name never been confirmed by either the books or movies, but it has been frequently contradicted by both. For decades, every time they changed the actor portraying Bond, they would add little references and allusions to previous movies to make clear to the audience that he is supposed to be the same guy. For example, 'For Your Eyes Only' (1981) features Roger Moore at the grave of his wife, Tracy Bond, who died in 'For Your Majesty's Secret Service', the only Bond film to star George Lazenby, then 'License to Kill' (1989) with Timothy Dalton as Bond has Bond attending a wedding of friends of his, together with other characters explaining 'he was married once and his wife died', yet another reference to OHMSS. Finally, Pierce Brosnan's final Bond movie 'Die Another Day was released on the 40th anniversary, and so it was filled with lots of little references to past movies, most notably when Bond, in Q's lab discovers that Q still has a lot of his old gadgets, including the briefcase from 'From Russia With Love' and the jet pack from 'Thunderball', Bond muses nostalgically 'I remember these....'

Frankly i remember Kevin Feige saying long ago he would just recast iron man. So much for that. Frankly without Steve, Tony, Thor. I think these movies are losing its heavy hitters. And i don't think Brie Larson dull Captain Coma has what it takes to replace them. I can only see MCU going down hill from here.

That wasn't Kevin Feige, that was Ike Perlmutter. Kevin Feige actually subverted control of the movies from him because Perlmutter threatened to do that (because Perlmutter's a notorious cheapskate). It was also Perlmutter's decision to replace Terrance Howard, stating no one will know the difference (yeah Perlmutter's like that), also Perlmutter is responsible for hiring the worst tv showrunner of all time, Scott Buck, to do Iron Fist and the Inhumans. Perlmutter is not really liked by Disney execs (but the deal Disney made when they bought Marvel prevents them from outright firing him), however there are rumors that they're considering closing Marvel Comics and instead licencing all properties to IDW instead (as some already have, Spider-Man, The Avengers, and Black Panther and Big Hero 6), to just get rid of him.
