I deleted it because it didn't seem like an alternative title to me. Not a theatrical, digital [as in released on Netflix or iTunes etc] or psychical title. I do the same with other content directly copied from IMDb (e.g. Production Company Name, The; Person Name (IV); etc) or MyAnimelist (People names formatted like Family name, Given name -- I don't delete those, obviously, simple correct them and add the other as alternative name).

When Kodi, Plex or any media server matches content incorrectly, you can manually fix that. At least, in Plex [I use that]. Dunno if it's possible (or already implemented), but if Kodi and the like could check the filename for language code in such cases, and match it to Original Country/Language, and naming your files like "Movie/Show Title (DE)", would fix the issue ^{_^}
