这是一个空前绝后的美食时代。身为美食四天王之一的阿虏，从未停下对未知而精美食材搜寻的脚步。某天，他接受一份委托，那便是寻找传说中的美食神阿卡西亚全套菜单"Special Menu"中的稀世食材。为此，阿虏、小松、可可等伙伴穿过浓云紧锁的未知领域，潜入伫立在深海中央的孤岛--被世人称作"阿卡西亚厨房"的旧第1区。在这座极其珍贵的宝库中，阿虏他们历经千辛万 苦搜集食材，同时还要提防各种罕见猛兽的袭击。在此期间，藏有无数秘密的遗迹群和巨大的冷藏库出现在众人面前。与此同时，阿虏等人邂逅了旧第1区所长及其好友原美食会特别料理顾问吉利姆，他们也是为了追寻遗迹的秘密而来至此地的。原本充满艰险的旅程雪上加霜，美食会三位副料理长：斯塔久、多米洛特、蛊林巴奇携最新型的GT机器人突然现身小岛，与美食四天王展开撼天动地的大混战。围绕着稀世食材和千古之谜，美食家的战争朝向未知的方向发展……

Toriko receives an important assignment from the IGO; he is to accompany Biotope head chief Ayame and find the special hidden menu detailing the full-course meal of the legendary Bishokushin Acacia. The quest to uncover the secret of the special menu takes Toriko, Ayame, Komatsu, Zebra, Sunny and Coco through the dangerous Hungry Triangle to eventually land on the island known as “Acacia's Kitchen”. On the island they discover a bounty beyond anything they couldn't have imagined; rare species of animals, Regal Mammoths, terrifying monsters, strange ruins and a giant refrigerator. Toriko and Ayame explore the ruins where they are confronted by Girim, the former Bishokukai Special Cooking Adviser. Even crazier, the 3 sous chefs and a new GT Robo step in, turning the situation into an all out battle!

L’histoire se déroule dans un monde imaginaire où le goût et la texture des aliments sont très importants et sont au coeur de l’économie.Tout le monde se met en quête de nouvelles saveurs, et de nouveaux professionnels font leur apparition ; Les Gourmet Hunter ! Ils ont une connaissance extrême des aliments et ont foulé des terres inconnues. Nous suivons la vie du chef cuisinier Komatsu et de Toriko, Gourmet Hunter qui poursuit sa quête du menu parfait, qui serait composé de tous les meilleurs aliments à travers le monde sans oublier l’ingrédient légendaire : G.O.D.

人生のフルコースの完成を目指し、世界を駆け回る美食屋トリコ。そんな彼に、美食神アカシアが手掛けたというフルコースの裏に隠されたスペシャルメニューの食材の調達依頼が舞い込んでくる。アカシアのキッチンと呼ばれる孤島を訪れたトリコと相棒の小松は、かつて入手に四苦八苦したフグ鯨やリーガルマンモスといった貴重な食材、巨大な冷蔵庫が置かれた島の様相に息をのむ。島とスペシャルメニューの謎を解き明かそうと遺跡の中へ足を踏み入れるが、その前に元美食會特別料理顧問のギリムが立ちはだかる。

세상은 구르메 시대. 토리코에게 특별한 음식을 위한 비밀의 식재료를 찾아 달라는 의뢰가 들어온다. 이 음식은 다름아닌, 미식신 아카시아의 ‘스페셜메뉴’!! 토리코 일행은 외딴섬, ‘아카시아의 키친’에 도착해 섬의 관리인 아야메를 만난다. 토리코와 친구들은 섬에 있는 엄청난 식재료들와 '스페셜메뉴'와 관련된 수수께끼로 놀라움을 금치 못하는데... 아야메와 함께 수수께끼를 파헤치는 토리코 일행 앞에 압도적인 힘의 소유자이자 전 미식회 특별고문 기림, 미식회 부요리장 3인과 신형 GT로봇까지 나타나 토리코를 방해한다. 미식 사천왕까지 모여 맞서 싸우지만 기림 일당에게 잇따라 쓰러지고 마는데...?! 과연 이 장렬한 싸움의 결말은? 과연 토리코와 친구들은 수수께끼를 풀고, 아카시아의 스페셜메뉴를 손에 넣을 수 있을 것인가!?!
