This title already existed as a four-part series: Part I Part II Part III Part IV
So—is this a duplicate?

I think this may be one of those extremely rare exceptions where duplication of data is tolerated. Dekalog is another one.

It's just a situation where no matter what we do (should we do something about it) a lot of users will be upset. Hence the non-action creating the exception.
