About the ending. Why did the pilgrim guide selling items to the Ottomans bring Theebs anger to the surface? It wasn't even his brothers items and the guide suggested he had got the items in another country (i.e. it wasn't like he was being paid a bounty for taking scalps).

I don't think Theeb had any grounds for thinking the reluctant camel would be any more obedient at this time.
