I can't find any evidence online that this was released under the title 'Tekken: A Man Called X'. The only references I can find to that title are as a work in progress title, and every other reference to the film I come across states it was released under the title 'Tekken 2: Kazuya's Revenge' (there is even a previous discussion thread where another user says they contacted the director for clarification and had it confirmed to them that TEKKEN 2: Kazuya's Revenge is the original release title)
