While you are right to lament the lack of activity on most film boards, it is fairlu easy to start a new discussion on older and current movies as we watch them... Usually someone will comment back...

Even if it doesn't happen quickly, it does happen eventually as people search for the movie and see your posts... 😎

YOU could be the one who raises the topics to discuss on these older movies... 😉

Yeah, I don't know why people are shy to jumpstart a board. I know I'm guilty of it too, but I do put in an effort most of the time. I guess people feel weird talking to no one, but it's no one right now in the present. In the future, someone will stumble upon it.

Yeah, I miss them. For this movie, the message board would be a whole lot more interesting and entertaining than the movie.

It wasn't completely terrible but it wasn't great. But I will watch it again in a few weeks just to give it a chance

Doing well? Most movies have no discussions at all.

It's called Moviechat and is far more active, but the discussions here tend to be better...

This forum is growing. Most threads I've started on movies that I've seen, new and old, have received good replies and we've had some interesting discussions... We can't expect it to rival Imdb overnight, but it's one of the better places to discuss movies online...

You can makr it better by starting a few discussion threads on the empty boards...

I found the IMDB full of racist and less of the SJWs.

And yet SJWs are the worst kind of racists; go figure.
