Don't get me wrong, I LIKED the changes, and thus was certainly the most entertaining movie of 2017 for me. I think I may have a hard time liking TLJ more and I love Star Wars. I just found Thor's shift from the straight man to the funny one a bit strange. Anyone agree?

I didn't think he changed too much. I thought this movie gives him way more to react to than the other 2 movies which made him funnier but I also thought he was the buffoon of the Avengers crew.
I'm trying to go for an engaging, funny youtube channel so, if you have the time, take a look. Hope you enjoy what you see. Thanks in advance. A review of the movie here- https://youtu.be/9qSxC3AVAvA

I agree with CraigJamesReview, the personality we saw here is pretty much his character in the Avenger movies.

The movie looks like a cgi fest.

I found the switch from pseudo-Norse mythology with spaceships to full-scale joke fest and parody unconvincing. Especially as we have a film titled Ragnarök but being played out more like Fraggle Rock. It reminded me of that tonal shift in Space 1999 from dark Season 1 to funky Season 2.
Not my horn of mead really. Whatever, at least there was no "I have sensitive nipples" or famously huge turds" dialogue.

I remember the 1st one have way too many cheesy and bad jokes. At least these jokes were half decent. And no fake love story (which I always appreciate.)

I don’t mind Thor’s humor (went down better on the second viewing) but wish he would retain more of a classic Asgardian\old school English word choices as opposed to so much modern slang or words. I always liked that in the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes cartoon he would talk a lot more that way but still be humorous, albeit a man out of time kind of humor
