Looks like the director was having a bit 'o' fun with everyone. The now official run time is 130 minutes. Every thing else that you listed as him saying is probably true and the film doesn't need to be 3 hours either.

100 minutes or 130 minutes its still going to be amazing and make tons of money...which it justly deserves. Looking forward to seeing just how funny Hemsworth can be.
