Well, I have to admit that during the movie I kept expecting for Hugh Laurie to show up and tell Benedict that he wanted his American accent back. Other than that, l loved the movie.

@Satch_the_man My favorite part of the movie is when the Cape is trying to steer Strange to the correct instrument to confine Mads Mikkelsen's character (I can't remember the character's name). I also thought it was great when the Cape was kicking Mikkelsen's henchmen's butt.

Yeah except the character of Stephen Strange predates House by decades.
So maybe House could have copied Dr Strange?

You're so right. House was an unoriginal smart ass!

Doogie Howser was House before he got old and cynical.

Well, since I am a big fan of Dr. Gregory House (aka Hugh Laurie), I have no problem with Dr. Strange being compared to him.

I've seen "House" before, and I get what the thread starter is saying.
Funny, I don't remember Strange being such a wisecracker from the comicbooks. Still, it was a good movie. Good origin story.
