It's fine for what it is but definitely has some script problems.

Yeah, I read that in it, Yondu tells Peter Quill that he put some kind of a tracking device on his ship, the Milano (sp?). But the Milano was rebuilt by the Kree after being destroyed right around the climax of the 1st film. Sounds shaky, but maybe I missed something....
